Founded by a Virginia native, Sign By The X, LLC began as an idea in 2015 with the acquisition of an initial notary commission. In 2019, that vision became a reality with the launch of a company dedicated to providing professional document solutions with a personal touch.

After-hours, emergency, hospital, rehabilitation facility, detention facility, and other special appointments may be available by request and are subject to availability and applicable fees.

At Sign By The X, convenience is at the center of everything we do. We understand that every client has different needs, which is why we offer multiple ways to access our services.
Clients may visit our Downtown Richmond office by appointment, schedule mobile services at a home, business, healthcare facility, or other approved location, or complete eligible transactions through Remote Online Notarization (RON) from virtually anywhere.
Depending on the service requested, assistance may be provided in-office, remotely, electronically, by mobile appointment, or through mail and courier options.
